It is very important to have a balanced diet for a healthy body. A balanced diet is directly linked to good health, which helps us overcome or prevent diseases. It is a balanced diet which also protects us from the problem of malnutrition. If we do not pay proper attention to this, then there can be a risk of many diseases. However, there is no such special kind of food that can give complete nutrition to the body. In such a situation, we must have our balanced diet.

Itines has previously shared that she follows the Mediterranean diet with Greek food. “Food is such a big part of Greek culture and I’m eating a lot of Greek food because of my grandparents – and it’s definitely my favorite food now!” She writes in the caption of her post.
She shares that her family usually eats a lot of different dishes on the table, which enables one to try a bit of something. It is easy to ensure that your food is balanced with lots of variety. We usually have some salads and vegetable dishes, which always make up a large part of my plate,” she says.
